How about if BBC Berks could put some interviews with players and management from the past to talk about their times at the club and what they think of things now. May get some great insights into the club at that time esp. as now it'd be OK reveal some of the stories behind the scenes so to speak.

Would be great programming in its own right in my opinion and make for good filler/specials in the close season and bank holidays or just as an occasional insert into the main sports programs.

Suggestions for interviewees; Charlie Hurley, Ian Branfoot, Martin Hicks, Kevin Bremner, Mike Lewis, Roger Smee etc....

We're working on a memorable matches feature with fans' recollections of the best games they've seen, so this would fit in well with that. I'll pass it on to the rest of the sports team and we'll see what we can do - it's a good idea.
