Good call, Plus BBC Berks can obtain broadcasting rights for the price of a packet of hobnobs.

I would have thought Ollie could pull a few strings and get The Madstad.

We usually end up playing one or two charity matches in the summer so we'll get back to you at the end of the season. Gives me time to get some training in.

Gives us time to get Darren Caskey slimmed down.

In all seriousness this could go well, perhaps Grahams links with the EP could help as well, I would pay a couple of quid to pop down the Madstad to watch this, 30 mins each way, turn straight round, and have a nother charity game as well, pref including the ladies!!

how exactly would we choose a team containing Burbs and HNA....

HNA kicked butt 2 weeks ago with a 6-2 win... and had a strong team... all played very well.. whereas Burbs only had Aggro and Earley_Royals as good players on the day..

the team would be those that attend and play in most games, Alad and Aggro for sure, Schards too, would be easy to get 16 from the real regulars.

The two teams would nominate a manager.

a quick poll here would show who has been regular, I appeared in the first game, and recall it was a match of some flare!!

I also played at the summer BBQ organised by KK, and ended up well bruised after a spectacular overhead kick, and a rock hard pitch, piccy posted at the time.

I am now past footy, but would like to se this game go ahead, though am sure Ollie and Co are quaking in their boots at the challenge.

In fact I think they will bottle it and pull out.

I'm not available for selection and that's for the benefit of the team as much as it is for me!
