Online Ticketing

by smiler62 » 13 Jan 2007 15:32

Is it only me who has a problem with this.

I keep getting that I want to buy far more tickets than I am allowed, yet when I delete things my basket is empty.

Any clues afore all the Sheff Utd tickets are sold out?

How many tickets are you trying to buy?

1 for me and one for my son (a linked registration)

It now says we are trying to be 9 and 8 tickets each, yet total on page comes to the 2 tickets....

Am totally stymied by this.

I'd clear cookies and delete your browsing history then try again. I bought for the wife and nipper without any problem.

No, it hates me :(

I had a similar problem when I bought the Burnley game, although after a day was ok.

You need to leave it a while longer - there is a "watchdog process" on the server that checks for tickets remaining that were reserved by the system but not actually purchased, but It seems this doen't clear these shadow transactions out for about 12 hours or so.

There are tickets left, click around the seating plan. They've released some seats in the North, Upper West and corners of the Lower West.

Try booking by phone if it's not working online and you are desperate to go. Could always phone Jackie direct and complain and get her to connect you to the ticket office without having to pay for the call and wait in a queue.

This has happened to me the few times i have used it this season.

Using a different computer did the trick for me.
