Saints website certainly this game.....will not only bring some much needed revenue into the club, but also give supporters the pleasurable experience of seeing a St Mary's with many more supporters than empty seats."

Still don't see why they haven't given us some more tickets - we could and would have sold them and it's "guaranteed revenue" for them.

And what is our average for this season?
Granted.. its not far off that. However in percentage terms of how many seats are filled compared to the grounds capacity..
Reading's so far average is 19,077 from a 24,200 capacity. This is 78.8%
Birmingham's is 18,744 from a 30,009 capacity. This is 62.4%
For what its worth, Norwich are top with an average 93.1% full for every home game
Lowest is Shef Wednesday with 48.1%

...and Reading was the second biggest city in the country.Ian Royal And I bet we would get more than 19k for a top of the table big game clash at home. Even if it was on sky and an early kick off.

It was £30 for us to get in, so maybe they've kept premier league prices and a lot of fans have told them to get stuffed after two relegations in 3 seasons.

Sun Tzu We could have built a ground with one deckchair on the half way line and claimed 100% sell outs every week.
