I suspect they could revoke our alcohol licence for a start. And limit our total capacity?

Isn't the standard allocation reduction for persistent standing around the 10% mark? Not really going to have an impact when all we have to do is not sell tickets in the West side of the South stand (and not release said tickets to the away side).

I once had sex with a girl who was a steward at the Madejski. She wasn't very attractive and was quite quite racist, but she had nice tits.

Is this the right place for that sort of thing?

I would really like to see that happen( home match). It wouldn't and if it did all the people that had never experienced any problems would all be united against the RFC dictatorship.

If it happened, it wouldn't be RFC doing it, it would be the FLA and RBC. Anyway, here is the FLA's website. Haven't had a chance to look at it in much detail yet.

Well, from what I can gather from that, we'd get a caution or a warning - no mention of any other action..

It was 10 years ago and I can't remember her name, otherwise I'd happily google her and post up pictures of her awfulness.

She looked a bit like Andy Steggal and I've been told I resemble a young Ian McShane/Ian Huntley if you want to get a mental image of the two of us going at it.

That Friday Feeling Some chap with an eye patch got ejected from the Upper West at half time.

No idea what he'd done but looked an unsavoury sort - not what we're used to up there you know.

The guy thought it was OK to smoke up there.

Steward watch.

Is that Tangos, Safety or both?

Safety stewards have very little powers and are organised by a bunch of power crazy supervisors!

This hits the nail well and truly.

The Supervisors really are dead from the neck up. I did some stewarding when Richmond played. Piss easy job but as a safety steward continually under the microscope by the uber-grippenfuhrers. If you as much as tried to strike up any sort of dialogue with a spectator, the jack boots would go steaming in grunting left, right and centre. Sadly, at £5 per hour (minimum wage remember), what do you really expect? The only trouble I had was with the officials. The spectators were 100% sound!

I wish they would revoke the alcohol license. Quite how they get away with selling fosters flavoured water I don't know.

Does the muck sold legally count as alcohol?

Today there was a turnstile failure at Gate 3 at about 10 mins to KO which meant that most season ticket holders got a red light and could not get in. The stewards there were useless. They ignored demands to open the gate and did nothing other than pass the buck with an increasingly irate crowd building up. What is the point of paying stewards to supervise the gates if they do sweet FA when a problem arises? That is a question I have put to JM. If he wants to penny pinch he could start by getting rid of the useless individuals who are basicaly being paid for nothing.

Hobnobber thrown out today and then let back in 10 minutes later. Just because he gobbed off at a oxf*rd steward.

There wasn't much standing today as it was. As always, totally OTT.

Said nobber = me.

It was all a fuss about not a lot to be honest, as the Silver Fox came up the stairs after about 3 minutes of actually quite exciting times on the pitch, he came up the stairs to tell people to sit down. To a certain degree fair enough, but just let it die down a bit first, so I just started saying something like "here he comes, the Silver Fox, sit down everyone, the Silver Fox is here!". At this point he was stood right next to me and had a laugh and a joke, and even thanked me for saying sit down! As he went downstairs I again called out "there he goes, the Silver Fox". Two minutes later his mates came up and dragged me out saying I'd stuck the middle finger up on both hands behind his back. Downstairs they said I'd been seen on CCTV doing it, although they also said they couldn't make out whether I'd actually stuck fingers or not (err, how do you know whether I did it or not then  )

Anyway, a short discussion later, I was back in my seat after pleading my innocence. They were initially going to throw me over to Y19 and take my ST off me and report me, resulting in a written warning and having to apply to receive my ST back. I had two Tango's cocked and primed on my shoulders waiting to escort me to the other end of the stand, but I obviously argued a pretty decent case because I ended up back in my own seat on a "good behaviour" deal - if I behave, I don't get reported (despite doing nothing wrong anyway  ) and I get my season ticket back after the game.

I assume my card has been marked though, therefore I think prudence would call for a low profile in the foreseeable...
