I can't connect to the OS - anyone else got the same problem / is is OS down?

I tried to get on the Preston official site from Newsnow and that isn't working either.
It's probably one of those virus things that only brings the system down when someone types in:

Virgin Media was down for about 12 hours from 11 last night. Something to do with a power failure at a former NTL data centre in Winnersh. IIRC, PRemium TV were part of NTL?
