SWLR I thought I paid more this season for my (then) 14 yr old than 9 yrd old. Was there not a band for 13-17 year olds?

Anyway good news, as commitments next year meant I was waivering, and kid's tickets now good value.

They cut down the bands to what they are either this season or when we got relegated.

How much are they? Can't be arsed to read the thread.

IN anyway, purely for the status symbol. May or may not go to a worthwhile number of games.

This is the first time I have known the club do something substantial for the supporters. I back it all the way.

This is surely one occasion when wingeing tossers ought to shut up moaning about the club for once.

What a strange comment !

I suspect I'd rate winning theleague with 106 points, 2 seasons in the Prem, great cup games against Liverpool, Burnely, Villa, Man Utd etc, 6-0 against West Ham etc etc etc as pretty substantial !

Or does what happens on the pitch not count ?

But apart from all that ST, what has the club ever done for us?

I think the price jump from Under 16's to 17-21 is a bit to much.

I'm 17 and will be paying £250 next season which is over double the Under 16's!

Still less than £11 per game though. TBF to the club, until the law comes in that it is compulsory to stay in full time education / training until 18 then I think 16 should still be the cut off.

2013 apparently, unless rescinded if there's a new party in power??

I am not sure that it is exact but the under 16's ticket is £4 more this year than that year so pretty damn close :D

By the looks things, about time they gave something back other than the vouchers tbh. Wonder if Sir John will let McD buy anyone in or if we will be a feeder club for bigger teams again?!?!

When was the last time we were that? (Post Play-Off failure 94/95 is the only time that I can think that we sold any number of players that we may have wanted to keep - the sale of players post relegation from the Prem were a necessity driven by the players' desire as much as economic strategy, otherwise we would have sold the likes of Doyle, Bikey, Matejovsky the minute we were relegated)

Usually we were too crap to have players of interest to the bigger boys (Kerry Dixon being the obvious exception) or we were looking to build a squad for development.

It may be that Madejski views the sale of likes of Sig, Mills, Church, (Kebe even) as short term gains, but bearing in mind the economic management seen this season I have my doubts.

Get real, mate.
There are only about 5 or 6 clubs on the entire planet that are big and famous enough to withstand predators cherry picking their best players.
It's not a matter of if Gylfi goes, but when.

Edit/ Sorry, make that 7 clubs. I forgot the biggest of them all, Brighton and Hove Albion :D

So what ?

The section it's in doesn;t make it a sensible comment. Unless you buy your ST for something other than the football...

Just as Man Utd are a feeder team for real Madrid?

FFS, players will always come to us for a few years and then move on.

When they move "up" the way, while disappointing, i am quite pleased that "bigger" clubs are looking at our players. It is when the players we get lose move down the table we have to worry!
