LoyalRoyalFan I take issue as to why the club has to put on the half-time entertainment and provide tickets?

You've made that comment more times in this thread than the clicks it took me to get tickets...I only refreshed around 3000 times...

Wut?

They have separate teams for the Guard of Honour and the shootout. Can't one team do both and offer up more tickets?

It is my strongly held opinion that a 7 year-old with a flag is more deserving than you.

It's a good thing as it brings the club into the community and helps to get these kids into football and hopefully turns them into Reading fans of the future.

But excluding the current Reading fans.

I'm getting rather jealous at everybody getting tickets. I can't make the match but can make the away leg. Only having 1600 royalty points means that it'll probably sell out before I have a chance to buy any tickets though!

Very rarely, if ever. Have we sold out this season?

I understand your point but surely for a high demand game like this one, they could limit the amount of tickets.

Go in after about 100 attempts, loads left, don't panic!

I doubt they need to be fair and the number of tickets isn't a significant figure anyway.

Perhaps they should take all the players and staffs comps away, stop the golden gamble and program sellers tickets and make Madejski log on to get a ticket in the South Stand as well?

They could at least hide their brightly coloured tops.

I went for a cycle ride this morning and was near the stadium, so I took a quick detour to see how many people were queuing up. At 8.10 am there were 12.
