Just found out the lad in charge of getting my tickets has got them. I'm in 137, for £64.

Same block, pretty well central behind the goal I have 8 tickets which I booked on the 0844 phone number. It took 15 mins of re-dialling to get a ringing tone then another 15 minutes before I spoke to the sales person.

Spent 1hr 45 mins on the phone this morning - countless redials so at least it didn't cost anything - but eventually got through and 16 tickets boughts.

Phoned the bank and they confirmed no transaction was completed

I don't wish to make it more complicated for you but apparently they can attempt to take payment anytime within 48 hours after your booking.

Payment went out of my account within an hour. Only part of the system that is fast!

Well, the ones we wanted have gone now. Still haven't got further than pickin the seats. Will just have to hope everyones satisfied with what they get.

I have a very sneaky tip!

Basically the website didn't work as it said my ST had already been sued which it hadn't so I thought I'd ring the Ticket Zone customer services number.

IT RINGS STRAIGHT THROUGH.

Option 2 allows you to buy tickets. You've still got to sit in the queue - but does avoid the repeat dialling for hours

Indeed - the girl I spoke to whilst booking my tickets said that payments are likely to be taken this afternoon (obviously some have already started come out) hence why they take a contact number.

The gr8 thing about supporting a rubbish team like Reading who never wins anything is that you are guaranteed a ticket on days like this because we don't really have that many fans.
