Final tickets

Buying five tickets - four of the member numbers were valid and one wasn't. I tried two others in its place until the system crashed and threw me out. Now I'm not able to get on at all.

Tried calling disabled line and continued to be disconnected, and tells me to buy tickets online when website said can only book tickets via person (12-3pm) or phone (9-12pm). And office open till 5pm?! How when the cut off is 3pm!

At some point since 9am it's stopped offering catergory 3 seats online.

Got kicked out of my first go, used the direct link earlier in the thread and that seemed to skip the queue and the whole thing went through quickly and with no fuss

If you get as far as choosing a seat don't pick one at the top of the list.

The system is not smart enough to reserve an allocation. Choose one much lower down in the list.

Alternatively, give up on the shitty web site and join the phone redialling mob.

Oh joy I've only got as far as the waiting room.

Get to first page, click to select tickets. back in waiting room, then get to a page with options for lots of events, none of them the play off final.

Start again, now stuck loading.... service unavailable. FFS This is atrocious.

Woo got to the login screen. Pick my price banding.... get chucked out.

I have absolutely no problem with high levels of demand and waiting to get in, but after that, 21st century computer technology should be able to get your order through, however slowly. I've now selected seats SEVEN times and each time, it has crashed.
