Difficult for me to rate the website poorly, having got on to the ticket purchase screens in about 15-20 minutes, and successfully purchased tickets at the first time of asking.

Perhaps I should expect more from the website - a bit of site 'downtime' an hour or two after a new tranche of tickets are made available wasn't much of a surprise or bother to me. Admittedly the uncertainty caused to some by half-complete ticket purchases is unacceptable.

Reminded me of the pre-internet days, I started going to watch Liverpool in the early 90s, when there were few automated phone queueing lines, nevermind the internet. I'd sit for hours redialling, hearing engaged tone after engaged tone.

We must be close to selling out. Swansea appear to have less than 1000 left.

Anyhow .......i hope you have put a complaint into Ticketfcukinguselesszone. They do not need more negative publicity from this so you could end up with some sort of minor recompense.
Nothing much else to say really other than that is a right pisser. The time frame involved in notifying you is poor, very poor.

So who thought 1/10 was a harsh score for TicketZone?!

Has anyone ever had experience of RFC/Talentarena's system selling the same seats twice?

I'm sure this sort of problem was part of the reason I kept getting kicked out of the TicketZone site. Strangely enough, I too was trying to buy seats in row 39 of Block 133 at the time. I then played safe and moved forward a few rows as I felt those nearer the front would be less in demand.

I bought two on Thursday, got a receipt, knew my ticket numbers so thought all was good.

I got a call the following day telling me that there had been a problem with the website so i hadnt actually got the tickets my receipt said I had purchased.

Very helpful person from TicketZone got me two replacements very quickly so drama averted.

If I was their IT Director I would be looking for a change of career fast. How can such a good helpful group of people at TicketZone have their business undermined by a pathetic web site that cannot handle a reasonable load and loses data. Inexcusable in 2011.

Not only have I got to hope TicketZone and Royal Mail deliver but now I've got a sodding volcano to take into account as I have to do a return trip to the US in this coming week.

I just hope the volcano realises its fellow countrymen and their club need all the support they can get!

I had the same issue. Hopefully the tickets will be in the mail tomorrow.

RFC official Facebook page says only 6000 seats left for general sale. Any ideas on a) a rough estimate on how many other people want tickets and b) which seats will be left?

The first is impossible to tell. Plenty seem to have held back until general sale to sit with those who do not have an ST.

The second - not sure. A mate ordered our tickets so the visibility of seat availability and indeed location is not known by me.

Just dipped into the fatters. It's either good or bad and someone will be stamping their feet.

Similar experience - my member number showing as already having bought tickets - when in fact I hadn't. Good news is indeed that the humans at TZ seemed very helpful, just a crap on-line system and too-slow a phone queuing system / insufficient manned lines - though there may have been enough if the on-line system had worked.
