Maguire Reckon i'll attend the parade in town then not bother going to the Mad. Not worth it just for one lift of a trophy.
Could be good this year, will make up for Saturday afternoon's auntie climax plus you can have a beer in the bowl.

Royal Lady Just got an email - ST holders to sit in their own seats - ST will work on the turnstiles - everybody else must have a paper ticket and make a £1 donation to Duchess of Kent hospice.

It is. STH's are in their usual seats, so everyone else sits in their allocated seat as well. I don't expect 20,000 there though. The club are hopeful of a near full house, but most (I imagine) will line the streets hoping to see the cup and will be disappointed when it's not there. A very disappointing way of doing it IMO. I'm going because I may never get to see the trophy lifted again (you never know), but I would much prefer to be in town as the buses pass by with the players lifting the cup than turning up at the stadium, being made to sit in a seat and wait patiently for the players to arrive and then on demand all cheer as the cup is lifted. It's all very manufactured and too unspontanious for me.
