Schards#2 Renewed, by credit card, just in case
+1 just in case the retailer fails to deliver the goods as sold, i.e. goes into administration...... plus I get points on my credit card.

Renewed mine this morning (but plan to move seats on Movers Day). Girl in ticket office said they'd sold about 6,500 so far, although expects to do about the same amount again over the next week.

People waiting to get paid at the end of the month. Well that's what I'm waiting for anyway. Get paid on Tuesday so will be renewing then.

Just renewed STs.

I sit on the right side of Y25 (as you look at the pitch), and I'm right at the top. I would ideally like to move into the left side, nearer Y26.

Before going to the stadium on movers week, is there anyway of getting an idea on availability - I think not as the site doesn't mention it. I guess it's just go there, queue for ages, then find out the seats you wanted aren't available so you leave without moving?

Live Nobbing from the stadium. Just renewed. Bloke here deffo looks like Nicola Cortese. I think I overheard him saying the word 'compensation' to the Israeli fella he was talking to

Silver Fox If we go into administration they'll still play the games

If it goes into administration and the club name and some assets are bought by a new owner, would they have to honour sales made by the company who previously owned those assets? - This hasn't been the case with vouchers for high street chains who have been taken over after going into administration.

If the club goes bust will we get our money back as a football creditor?

To be fair, If the worse happens I can't see any new owner not honouring season tickets as their future success will rely in part on repeat business from these customers so keeping them happy may be worth the cost..... but they will probably milk it as something they are doing for the fans and are not obliged to do.

SPARTA Season ticket sales supposedly up on this time last year. A pretty pointless update from the club, as most do their renewing now to save a few bob. I expect a big decrease come August.

:|

This just seems to be a fairly good sign that people are renewing their STs rather than abandoning the club. I don't see how you can possibly spin this as negative.

8000 sold so far - less than this time last year but where they expected them to be.. That's from TO staff.

So that's about £2-2.5m income for the club so far from ST sales (not sure what the proportion of adults / kids / concessions). Probably covers a few weeks of wages

Just renewed for me and my boy and due to the 1 Adult plus 2 kids deal in the North, I have added my younger son in as well. His ST cost £50.

Better than going to Great Grandma'a anyway on a Saturday at least..

Whether it's now down or not isn't really relevant to whether the situation a few weeks ago was positive or negative at the time.

It wasn't Ian, they said it themselves. Just typical PR BS from the club to promote good feeling.
