andrew1957 I think that it is outrageous that season ticket holders get first dibs on the semi final tickets. They already tend to have the best seats at the Madstad and now some of you seem to think they should also get first choice for Wembley. Just put the seats on general sale - first come first served.

why don't you pull your bottom lip over your head and swallow

LOL

They've made the wrong decision (again  ) but they were never going to keep everyone happy.

I'll buy in person next Tuesday and just let my m8s know which block I'm in so we can at least get a drink in the concourse

They have the best seats because they paid for them lol

I am not even a season ticket holder, and I dont have enough royalty points to get tickets since I live in Northern Ireland but jesus people stop being so sour.

Obviously the right decision.

STHers: "It's important that season ticket holders get priority, and the way to do that is to allow non-season ticket holders to be able to buy tickets at the same time."

Looks like my only hope is if it doesn't sell out before 30th as I only have around 200 points. :(

Will have to wait until the Sunday, only just outside the 600+ criteria as well...

Probably won't get my preferred seats, but at least it's all being done through the official site rather than through an external company. Already feeling quite anxious about it though.

Excellent work by the club: very sensible policy.

Gets me out of having to sit next to Pepe, and means that TBM can't go. Ideal.

How many flares are we allowed to bring into the ground?

The number of members they quote is way higher than I had thought, and I can see why they have gone the way they have.
I also think they are going to be upsetting a lot of their most valuable fans and ST renewals could well drop as a result. If paying for your seats up front every year doesn't buy you a bonus for a big game then people may well decide to not bother, and pick and chose games.
Ironically I doubt it will make any real difference as to who gets tickets, I will just mean STH will have to wait a lot longer before joining the scrum. I know it will affect me as one of my season tickets is shared by 2 people, neither of whom can make every game, although the ticket is always used.
ST are exactly the people you do not want to upset.
But, as I say, I can also see the logic of trying to spread the tickets as widely as possible.

Two STHs I've just spoken to said 'fook it' they're not going as they wanted to take their children and now probably can't. They also said they're not going to renew next year, they were thinking about it any way, but they're going to now after this debacle.

You could have had a new thread and 10 pages of season ticket holders complaining that they only had as many flares as other fans.

Why the oxf*rd are ST holders moaning - you are all guaranteed to get a ticket if you want one. And enough tickets for everyone with 300+ points. Anyone with less than 300 points doesn't deserve priority.

Can't see how it could possibly have been any fairer to be honest.

Not good news for our boys - have member cards and come down from Glasgow and also go to away games when they can - but even if they get tickets, which is unlikely, we couldn't sit together.

Exactly, all this I want to bring so and so , who never really goes but strangely wants to now! Deal with it, if you don't have enough points tough I'm afraid, maybe harsh but.....so be it!
