Why are people so worried?? Easy online and quick 5 tickets purchased. Yes red level gone but that was to be expected.

Went online 10-10 am held in queue 30 minutes purchased 9 tickets in block 115. ( all season ticket holders) no problem!

Uncle went down the ticket office this morning, yes there was a queue but managed to get back row, block 110 behind the goal so pretty chuffed with that.

Does anyone know whether the website queue page does automatically update every 15 seconds as it claims?

Yes it does, and the address bar shows your queue position I think. It drops by around 15-20 every refresh.

I tried changing the number from 440 to 100 but it's too smart for that and when it refreshed it changed it to 430.

Bit of a queue to get onto the website (about 15 mins) but once in it seemed to work fine. 2 Tickets purchased

Yep - got 'red upper' too.

Well the website did say something about the ticket office having the 'best seats' - so maybe the split was lower half TO - upper half online/phone.

It didn't say that at all. All it said was the blocks were being spilt into two, half for personal callers and half for online/phone transactions. The only benefit of going to the ticket office is, you get a better idea where you are sitting - but you cannot pick your seat, you're given the tickets which are next in order of the block you choose.

No red/£65 tickets available online so I had to make do with a blue / £53 ticket...... Oh well, at least I saved a few quid I suppose.
