After an hour and a half of the black ring spinning around in the chrome browser i ran another in IE. It took a while to wait to get to the front of the queue but finally got there and bought the tickets in a matter of minutes.
Went for quick seats and got 3 tickets. Not received the confirmation email yet though

I jumped through all the hoops slowly until I got to paying. it took a while for the page for my payment details to render correctly, I clicked the button to pay and then got a message that it had been impossible to process my order. However, details (including seat block) appear on my account, and I'm told I have my allocation of tickets. My credit card company doesn't seem to have received a payment. I have emailed the club's customer services to explain with details. I am of course happy to pay up, but I don't want to lose the tickets!

Silver Fox I don't understand , yesterday we were going to be embarrassed because we couldn't sell our allocation? But now there are massive queues?
Well we've played Arsenal four times at home and then you only needed to attend another home game to qualify.

Just logged on to see how many are in the queue. If the downward counting numbers in the URL are in fact the numbers waiting, then there were only 450 people waiting. It was over 1000 this morning.
