That is utterly hideous. The away shirt has to be an improvement on that surely.

The complete kit isn't too bad

It's taking the items in isolation

Think it's quality. But then I don't buy 52 quid polyester virginwear

I could never wear that. Those sleeves would clash with my LGBTQ armbands.

Wonder how the climate change message will go down on a Tuesday evening at Stoke in January when it's sheeting down with icy rain and chill winds penetrating the bone marrow of fans in the stadium.

The design was fine to have on the shorts but by sticking it on the sleeves they've ruined it.

Haha. Though, they'll probably look back with fond memories in 2050 when the average summer temperature is 40 degrees and the UK has 200m people living it in due to mas migration from climate change.

The good:

* Thin hoops
* Hoops go all the way round
* The sponsor logo doesn't look shit
* Teaming up with the university is a good idea, and I like it that the club is pushing a message on an important issue

The bad:
* £52 for a t-shirt is horrific
* The collar is rubbish (although the little crown logo on the back looks quite smart)
* The "SELECT CAR" text would be better in blue
* How will the climate change stripes work on a long sleeve?
* Will the sleeves look cluttered when the league badges are added?

Whatever the away kit is, it's gonna feature those horrible sleeves. I wondered if the Third Kit will be a shirt entirely made up of that eye watering use of coloured lines.

I like it, something different.

Fair play for the club trying to do something different.

I won't be buying it, mind. Haven't bought a shirt in many years - since I stopped playing football myself.

Design wise, don’t love the sleeves. But I do like the idea of sacrificing some style to highlight an important issue, even if it feels a bit jumping and a bandwagon. Like I said it’s a bit meaningless if that’s the extent of the climate change awareness.

Shorts I like actually, works there

Collar I’m not a fan of

Front, back and sponsor logo all fine

Would actually like it if they went full on those climate stripes for the away or 3rd kit. That would definitely get some awareness and conversation on it

Save that comment for the manager abuse thread if we are in the bottom 3 come February and on a long losing streak.
