UkeSilver Fox People who know what it's called?
Yes, but would you see see you at the Maiwand Lion or at the Forbury Lion?
And when did you start using Maiwand IRL?
When I joined here and encountered Forbes!

THIS IS HOME | INTRODUCING OUR BLUE AND WHITE HOOPS FOR 2023-24
Share
Let’s take a morning stroll over Caversham Bridge, before tackling the twists of Cemetery Junction,
Dawn breaks, tired nurses flood Royal Berks wards, as somehow in crisis they all bravely function.
From the sacred steeple of the windswept Reading Minster, to the spires of St Matthew's…St Mary’s…St James,
We sup coffee by the buzz of the Oracle’s riverbanks, recalling summer fun and childhood Forbury Park games.
Dipping toes in the cool of the Jubilee Fountain, seek some shelter in the shade of the sun-soaked Abbey arch,
Look up to blue skies over the Thames Tower’s top, our days match the metronome of the Brock Barracks march.
The Town Hall stands tall under watch of Victoria, ancient Huntley & Palmers shows no sign of crumble,
The town’s roots in beer, amongst friends it gets tipsy, townsfolk immersed in slurred Three Guineas mumble.
The Blade cuts the clouds that defiantly drift on, over Basildon Park, the Gaol, Pincents Hill Folly,
At Uni, they are learning and educate others on climate, before off to the Festival to sing loud and be jolly.
It is not perfect, but it’s ours. Every beer, bulb and biscuit. This is our town, we stick together, we we’ll not divide.
The wind turbine keeps turning above life over our land and the Lion watches on with unshrunk pride.
Home.
This. Is. Home.

JedMaxwell If it was just plain hoops I'd like it a lot more. We just don't have a very impressive skyline in Reading unfortunately.
I do prefer the solid back, I know it's for EFL regulations but it is much easier to pick out numbers on a plain back like that.
Would rather white socks too but don't really care that much.

We've been in the EFL for years now why the sudden change?
