Rawlie19 Yes, it was just a clue to help people get online and use that service. Although I couldn't use any combination of upper, lower or spaces no spaces with my postcode and had to phone them to change it in the end.

I've had that problem three times! Despite what it says, they actually do enter the post codes with spaces. Last time, they had puut two spaces into my post code, which it hadn't occurred to me to try.
