Luckily food isn't included in the ST price and is optional

Hound
Jackson Corner When you have players on 10-20 grand a week can’t see what £50 on our season ticket is going to make? As for the club video” I was there “nearly everything on it was at least 10 years ago. I will renew mine out of loyalty, but I would not blame anyone for not renewing given the utter tripe we have had to watch the last 6 years.

I don’t think we will anymore. Maybe ejaria

Our average wage will fall to £5k max but I get what you mean.

Not too disappointed prices are £25 up, only £1.10 a home game extra.

NathStPaul If the match day experience was half decent I am sure the majority of sensible people would have no complaints.

I'd argue the food, beverage and entertainment in and around the stadium on a match day is up there with the worst in the Football League. The food especially is abysmal.

The whole thing as a package just sucks.

It is when it's £7 for a hamburger that makes McDonalds burgers look a class above  insane pricing really

Some of the food is crap but you can easily bring your own. Drinks are pretty standard - not sure it’s much different to anywhere else

The fanzone bit with the big tv showing the prem game is good. The pizzas there are good, not tried anything else.

There is a crappy McDonalds, Costa and Itsu about 5 mins walk away. It’s fine really. It could do with a pub or two nearby but we all know that

Lager is more expensive than both Spurs and West ham, £6.10 for Heineken is shocking.

Not for West Ham

Spurs isn't the best example to use either, seeing as they actually have a brewery on-site.

Didn’t realise bovril was still a thing. At least outside of small pockets of the north

Yep, it's miles better than it used to be, when you only had the option of the Jazz Café or hotel for a pint. Shame Blue Collar didn't work out, but I rarely buy food anyway. Queues for Renegade are a pain, but I'd be genuinely interested which away grounds do have a decent pre-match setup. For me, the joy of an away game, is checking out the local pubs, not supping an overpriced lukewarm bottle of Carlsberg in the shadow of the away end.

These are the away allocations we'll likely get. Lots of small ones so I expect if anyone wants a chance of a ticket for many of them then they'll need a season ticket.

Barnsley (4,700)
Blackpool (2,500)
Bolton (5,000)
Bristol Rovers (1,100) - We'll sell out
Burton Albion (1,400) - We might sell out
Cambridge (1,600) - We'll sell out
Charlton (3,000) - we'll sell out if we're doing well
Cheltenham (1,100) - We'll sell out
Derby (2,700)
Exeter (1,100) - We'll sell out
Fleetwood (831) - We'll sell out
Leyton Orient (1,000) - We'll sell out
Lincoln City (1,000) - We'll sell out
Northampton (1,200) - We'll sell out
Oxford (2,000) - We'll sell out

Peterborough (3,000)
Port Vale (4,500)
Portsmouth (2,800) - We'll sell out
Sheffield Wednesday (3,700)
Shrewsbury (1,000) - We'll sell out
Stevenage (1,400) - We'll sell out

Wigan (5,000)
Wycombe (2,000) - We'll sell out

For a season or two yes then they become tediously boring like how someone like Preston or Birmingham City away feel

I wonder how many spirit and single mixers they sell

Football crowds aren't just 16-25 years #lads these days SouthDowns, I imagine they shift a fair few.

Biggest rip off there is the bottled coke at £4.10 a pop. Ye gods.

Spurs make around £8m per home game. They're running a cracking business tbf, but I wouldn't pay those prices for food and drink. Sod that.

How can water cost almost the same as tea or coffee

It is probably only a 250/300ml tea or coffee vs a 600ml bottle of water, so you're not comparing like-for-like.

Works out at about £1.36 if you were to get half as much water, which is cheaper than tea or coffee.
