Tried to book 3 tickets as usual but it seems you can only book your own. Gave up in the end and phoned the ticket office. They said they were having problems with online system

Huntley & Palmer
moo Great, now ive got a load of 'season ticket renewals' for family and friends stuck in my basket and i cant remove them and therefore cant buy any tickets online.

You can, you just delete them out. Pain in the arse but eventually got my home leg ticket sorted. Away tickets still not available online. ROFLeading ticket office

Mine wouldn't remove themselves, despite clicking 'Remove' loads of times.

Problem just fixed however as they've been removed from my basket, and home tickets now purchased, finally.

Would have been quicker to drive down in person...

You can book your Friends and Family tix - I did just that for both games.

Were your tickets already linked ?

I can't buy any Burnley away tickets until Wednesday. Do you think there'll be any left?

Should be no issue Sarah. 1900 initial tickets. 1200 extra if needed.

I doubt we will sell 3100 tickets, if only 800 have gone so far and that is our core support. So yeah, don't worry.

Well ive just had a stroke of luck.
Went on to the online ticket page to check if my normal seats were free and found that they were.
At this point i made the decission to buy my ticket as i have enough points and wait to get my brothers in a few days when he would have enough.

Hope so. I've arranged it so I can go to this one. Should I bring an inflatable?

Interesting.... I have a similar story.
I won't buy it yet, I'm gonna have to wait until tomorrow at the earliest to confirm I can take the day off work.

If you can get tickets with a lower points total can I suggest you keep it to yourself rather than posting on here.

You are quite likely to find your tickets cancelled as the club do keep tabs on threads like this !!

Just tried to pay using my debit card and it declined it! I remember reading about problems like that on here before. Did with the credit card in the end. The system has always been a bit shite to be honest.

As a matter of interest, how do the club know who we are from our user names? Even moderators don't have access to that sort of information.

Yes, all they have got to do is look for tickets in the name of Jobbo no.11 and cancel them

They don't. But they could look at all the tickets sold, and see which people have bought them.

Jobbo, done mate.

Precisely, the system will have reports which can list tickets sold to people in a variety of circumstances
Who actually posts on HNA makes no odds, they wouldn't do anything just becasue you'd posted on here, but because you had got tickets you shouldn't have.

But to be honest it's their fault if the system allowed people to buy so if they tried to block my tickets in the circumstances I would be pretty upset. I'd still advise people to avoid advertising any stoke of good luck for the time being.

So, they read this board, decide to run a list of people who have got tickets who haven't got the right number of points and then remove their tickets and tell them they have to buy them tomorrow when they do have enough points? Or whatever? :|

If someone complained to them they'd be duty bound to look into it and take action.

Sun Tzu suggested that the club would read this thread and do something, nothing about someone complaining.
