firstdivision I bought two on Thursday, got a receipt, knew my ticket numbers so thought all was good.
I got a call the following day telling me that there had been a problem with the website so i hadnt actually got the tickets my receipt said I had purchased.
Very helpful person from TicketZone got me two replacements very quickly so drama averted.
If I was their IT Director I would be looking for a change of career fast. How can such a good helpful group of people at TicketZone have their business undermined by a pathetic web site that cannot handle a reasonable load and loses data. Inexcusable in 2011.

RoyalBlue Not only have I got to hope TicketZone and Royal Mail deliver but now I've got a sodding volcano to take into account as I have to do a return trip to the US in this coming week.
I just hope the volcano realises its fellow countrymen and their club need all the support they can get!
