That'll be down to TVP. Is there a festival of some kind on the Bank Holiday.

Leeds are on 3 times in August alone, QPR twice.

I suspect we're not gonna get a lot of coverage this season....

Well yes, in a way, but it's always nice to be on TV, especially if you can't afford to make it to a game.

Not that weekend, festival is in August.

Sky obviously thought our two games with early kick-offs against QPR were absolute crackers last season!

I know the rock festival isn't then - DER!!!!

I was thinking of one of the religious festivals that have processions around Palmer Park or something like that.

What away games is everyone going to?

For me it's:

Birmingham
Bournemouth
QPR (***IF*** they charge a decent amount - if not then I'll avoid)
Doncaster (last away game)
Leeds
Charlton
Derby
Leicester
Millwall
Forest
Watford
Sheffield Wednesday

Unfortunately, not sure I can make Yeovil.

As for away games - ST holder so going to them all hopefully. But particularly looking forward to local fixtures i.e. Watford, Brighton, Bournemouth... LEEEEEEEEEEEEEDS is a big one too

Been there before (sitting in home end)...

Unless it means something really significant - then I'm out..

Awful place. If you want to know what Burnley was like in the 1940's, just go there now.

Surely you'll miss the game then?

Yeovil's my only certain away day for now although I'm pencilling in a return to Donny if we still haven't wrapped up the league by then (unlikely I know)

Away games

In for:
Yeovil (def)
Nott Forest (maybe)
Leicester (def)
Watford (def)
Ipswich (def)
Millwall (def)
QPR (def)
Brighton (maybe)
Birmingham (maybe)
Charlton (def)
Bournemouth (def)
Doncaster or Wigan ( will go to one if important end of season drama involved, def not both)

Yeovil, Forest, Bournemouth, Doncaster and Wigan would all be firsts for me. Can't be arsed to travel further away than the midlands for the rest.
By rough calculation, 14 home games next season will require a 2hr each way drive back from uni.

Went there for the Playoff semi. Terrible place. Some of their more helpful fans warned us not to say anything back to those home fans who were out for trouble, as they would seriously kick off.
Their fans then started a punch up in their own end during the match.

My overall impression of the place was 'Nazi-skinhead'. A month or so later Burnley was found to be the BNP hotspot in the local elections, quelle surprise!

Burnley in the play-off semi is the only away game I've been too (only been going a few years though admittedly) that I genuinely thought it was going to kick off at any minute if anyone so much as said one wrong word to their fans. Real nasty bunch up there.

Game was crap too. As is the ground.

Probably still IN though.
