parky Rubbish, been trying for the last 30 mins, unfortunately the system only thinks my dad is a member so cannot get tickets for either me or my bro, despite having 1300 points and doing several away games this season. Will have to ring up tomorrow.

You might miss out. Can you not link your accounts by Add friends and family? Or try logging in and buying 1 each - your default password is your postcode... good luck

There are linked with friends and family, with member card numbers and everything showing on the system however for two of them I get a message saying that I do not have the pre-requisite ST/member 2010/11

Trevor Senior's Gap Parky, if your Dad as the lead membership number has the other two cards linked in as friends as family then it should work fine - you just change the drop down box for the other tickets when it says "person X has 3 tickets and can only have 1" or whatever. BUT..if say you have linked your dad and bro to your friends and family, but logged in as your dads account and he hasnt linked them on hisown account...then you need to link them on his account asap and it "should" be fine mate

They are linked from dads account and I am signed in with his account.

Hmm have you gone from being a season ticket holder to jus a member ? That is odd. Empty basket and retry?

Readingfanman - keep trying. 5 hits of refresh just got me logged back in to ensure it showed up in purchase history. it's defo got a lot quieter on there if you're still having connection issues

Parky - thats odd, no idea then sorry, hope it all works out ok for you. can you get in under one of the other accounts maybe?

Upper tier either sold out or down to single tickets.

Think I have got tickets in lower tier but still extremely angry about the way this whole thing has been messed up by the incompetent t*ssers at the club. Angry as to the process that we have had to go through and angry for those supporters who won't be as lucky as us.

This is such a massive cockup that IMO whoever is responsible should be looking for a new job. They are not up to the standard required for the one they currently hold.

That's it then, due to a massive cock up in which the club don't actually recognise me as a member anymore.... :(

Sold out in less than 39 minutes of this band being able to buy.

Where are the idiots on here that were claiming there wouldn't be that much demand? Seems they will be ideal candidates for employment at RFC.
