Bath Hoops Just hope the corporate monkeys are there in the winter when we're back in the championship !

we're getting relegated before the end of the season? That's pretty pessimistic

BTW I've said it before and I might even have to say it again, why on earth would anyone want to drink in the hotel?

Because it's near / near the car parks. Pure convenience - nothing to do with the choice of fine ales at value prices in a relaxed and comfortable environment.

Yeah, if you're prepared to queue 15 mins+ in sweltering heat for standard lager. I wasn't.

The concourse is close to the car park and the booze is of a similar if not slightly better quality

True enough and sometimes I do stand in that cold concrete wilderness with my pint balanced on a rubbish bin. But sometimes I want to meet up with people who sit in other stands.

Time to do something with the dome, huge bar across one end and a few porta loos, wasted opportunity IMHO.

Went to the hotel last season, for the first time in years, and was genuinely  at how many people paid through the nose for shite beer in cramped conditions.

Why they can't get a decent real ale in there is beyond me. It was looking promising in the summer, when Loddon Brewery hinted on Twitter about a deal with Madejski Stadium. Had rather hoped their presence would have been greater than a mere ingredient in the concourse pies.

Anyway, back to the origin of this thread. I haven't had any communication from the club to intimate that there is a change in the restrictions for use of my ST. Has everyone had it or just the OP?

What is this punitive price? I would hope it is the difference per game between the cheap ST, and the full price pre match of an adult. Wasnt it £100 for U 16 concessions?
So I would guess £26 to upgrade, or thereabouts.
