Lady Rosemary, yes. And the gardener was Bayleaf, not Sage. Sage was the owl.

There was a Lady Rosemary who was married to Sir Basil, but I think the one in the picture is Mrs. Onion - she was married to Mr Onion the schoolteacher who taught all the little chives...
