Harpers So Solid Crew Used to be the thing to do on Boxing day, way back they were much better attended, wake up, men sent to football while the women did what women did.

Harpers So Solid Crew lost me there IAn, i mean footy was boxing day tradition, nationwide, folk would go even if it was only game of the season, pop down to Cambridge, geta fix.

mind you, it used to always be a local derby, which always helped the crowds.
Go back to the 60s or so, and they used to play on christmas day as well as boxing day.

Royal Lady Is there a chance this game won't go ahead due to health and safety? Only I don't fancy walking up that slope if it's as icy as the roads and pavements are at the moment.

No Fixed Abode I say get the game on. If the pitch is playable then play. IF supporters can't make it - tough luck.
