Blue Hooped Moose Phone line... engaged

Website... not responding / v. v. slow

Website obviously got no session management built in; should hold you off logging in if the actual back end is running at capacity.

same here Gr8

I actually got through to logining in and selecting seats but then it crashed again.

Why couldn't they use the FA system that they use for England games, there you sit on a screen that counts down until you get to a system that works

I wont be able to buy a ticket until Saturday being a membercard holder. I shall be watching how things go in the next couple days before making my mind up to actually just head over to Reading in person first thing Saturday morning.

Yeah, but it's a phone line it seems. Not lines. If you call it, it just says the line is busy. It's going to be a long morning.

What a complete fcuking shambles. Cannot get thru on phone or online. Surely they are used to handling this much traffic?

Utterly woeful.

Selected my tickets dead on 9am, still waiting for the next page to load. I thought this company was meant to be the official Wembley partners? The only thing I can see they have in common so far is both were terrible oxf*rd ups at the design stage.

Got to the point where it asks for your season ticket number & then waited ages & made the fatal mistake of pressing refresh so now right back on the first page again!

FWIW I used this number:

01271 335701

But both that and the OS number were engaged for ages.
