No Fixed Abode Interesting to note Readings away support is on average 100 people less than Oxford Uniteds.

And double the amount Barcelona take away. 8)

They don't have to pay £35 to go to Leeds.

To be fair it would probably cost Barca fans more to go to Leeds

You seem to be forgetting that our big number away games are coming up.

West Ham, Southampton, Brighton etc.

500 allocation seems about right to hopefully sell out.

who are ya?
Svlad Cjelli and we never went back for some reason.

To save face :?:

Sure I heard something once about some sort of tax implication, depending on the numbers reported. Can't work out how it would be of benefit to report more but i'm convinced I didn't dream it.

Attendance v Burnley is 17,185 - 476 from Burnley.

The Reading fans were singing "Is that all you take away"

Now wasn't there a similar number of Reading fans at Derby in the week? :|

Friday is clearly better than Tuesday Kesmond. Poor considering that equation.

that's a weak argument, nfa. every set of fans taunts the other with that chant as standard. facts don't come into it.

pompey at home next and that will top 20,000.

leeds at home will top 20,000 with ease.

leicester will again top 20,000.

If by similar you mean about 10% more for a game on Valentines day with a normal working day afterwards, yes.

Declining attendance watch update:

After 17 home league games the average attendance is and was.
2011/12 - 18,340
2010/11 - 17,119
2009/10 - 16,892
2005/06 - 19,228
2003/04 - 13,930

Doomed, we're doomed to half full stadiums with attendances of 13,000 I tells ya.

Are we able to touch 20k as a season average this season?

And what is the current average to date?

No even if the last three games are sell outs. We may just top 19,000.

Really? I thought the RFC Twitter feed said we were averaging over 18,700 a few weeks ago. I was expecting the last handful of home games to take over 19k certainly. Oh well.

According to http://stats.football365.com/dom/ENG/D1/attend.html :

Average to date = 18,647

3 games to go so the maximum average for the season could only be around the 19.3K mark i.e. (18,647 * 20 + 24,100 * 3) / 23

To average 19K for the season we'd need to average a shade over 21,350 in our remaining 3 games.

No Fixed Abode a couple more seasons in the Championship and your attendances will be down to about 12k.

Will be very disappointed if the last three games are not all over 22k. Untill we get promoted, then who cares.
