Have been a STH but not this season as been living away for a while until recently. Been going to games for 40 years.
The reason for me getting annoyed at others maybe getting tickets before me is that I am loyal. That's the point.

How many points do you have ? If it is 2000 plus then please just shut up. If it's not, then shut up......

The likelihood is that everyone with at least 500 points that wants to go will get a ticket. If you have less than 500 points then to me that isn't that loyal and others deserve to go ahead of you.

Who is most loyal? The person with 500+ points who has only been once this season (the QF replay) or the person that has earned 180 points in just over one season including away FA Cup matches at Cardiff, away at Brighton etc?

So then you'll be fine....if you've been a STH every season bar this, then your points will be enough to get one.

We have roughly 11k STH, Even if they all took the +1 option it would leave 6k, which makes up the rest of our fan base who turn up week in week out and then of those +1's i bet more than half would be members anyway.....

How can I go about finding out how many points I have on my member card?

Is it as easy as ringing up the ticket office, giving them my details and them telling me?

I'm pretty sure I have about 1500 but i want to make sure so i will know when i can get my tickets.

Don't you have to get the tickets through Wembley Stadium anyway, not the club?

We did for the PO final so I assume it will be the same again. Most club's own systems won't be set-up to sell for Wembley (unless they use the same provider). I really can't remember the details but I'm pretty sure you had to provide a customer number and Ticketmaster or whoever it is have the database from the club and are able to moderate selling according to whatever st8us / points you have etc...

I like Hobnob's idea - everyone gets a ticket down to a certain amount of points on day 1 - that way m8s can buy next to each othr

That means your points have been wiped - so you probably won't have enough to get a ticket. Soz

I don't know why you think all 11,000 season ticket holders are going to give their extra ticket to a non-member or Arsenal fan?!

It's simple. The club works out the points level so that on the first day of sales there are exactly 31,500 members (inc. all STHs) who can buy seats. If you don't have enough points you have to wait to see how many are left over.

It's the fairest way and it means people can book seats together. Yes, you won't be able to take the family member or friend who doesn't have enough points but tough, this game should be for fans, not friends of fans.
