Whore Jackie Hmmm. So the club spend years trying to persuade Vodafone to take up hospitality and basic sponsorship deals to no avail. As soon as we get into the Premier League, they can't get enough. And now they're potential shirt sponsors. Why do I find that so irritating?

I'd be surprised to be honest. For the products they sell, sponsoring a team's shirt would not be worthwhile. Sponsoring a stand or corporate hospitality would do however.

Huntley & Palmer FSC don't advertise any of their products in this manner. The resellers do that for them in the public domain

That's not to say that they couldn't start to do so. Perhaps we should have PRIMERGY branding at home and FibreCAT away, or something similar?
