What do you think of the new kit, and most notably, no traditional white shorts and socks again?

Flip_Flop just seen te new kit! This is for real!!

White panel on back - not seen the lettering but assuming it will be blue (although would like to see the red back)

I don't know whether this is true, but i'll be disappointed if the shirt has a plain panel on the back again. As far as i've read on here, the supposed rule for having the panel doesn't actually exist and the general opinion is for hoops all the way around. On the Sheffield United website it says that they've gone back to stripes on the back due to supporter opinion and it would be nice if Reading did the same.

I also think it looks stupid to have the panel if you don't get a number printed on as well.

Sounds about right by the looks of it. BR's coaching kit has them features.

Any sign of those £10 vouchers that were being sent out to season ticket holders this week?

I had thought that it was a gift to those that signed up early before we knew which league we'd be in. Disappointed it's for all comers now. But at least as early birders we still get to see the joy on one of our friends faces when we bring them to a game for free this year

How much more of a contrast with SSC could there be?

Found this selection of SSC expressions...

Wow just look at the collar on that, the 70's are back, please let the shorts be flared as well.

Rawlie19 If on Saturday you are proved right I will rightly apologise, and name and shame the person who told me we definitely have hoops all the way around.

This was what I posted based on the new Puma shirt worn by Sporting this season: http://hobnob.royals.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=90087&start=60#p2243692 and I was shot down in a PM that we don't have side panels but indeed hoops that go all the way round.

That is the actual kit from the front! Who shot you down? You were imagining it correct. No full hoops i can 100% confirm it BECAUSE I HAVE SEEN THE KIT!!

I've been lied to by my very close to the kit source if there's a panel

The training kit for both players and management is absolutely horrendous, makes them all look like they're wearing baby's bibs.

Dear god I hope the kit doesn't support any similar design features.
