well the problems continued into matchday with myself getting in but my father being refused entry. luckily i made a note on my phone of the seats and ticket purchase reference no. and the lady was very good about it. the steward stood behind her just shook his head, as this wasn't the first time today they had to sign people in manually. i'll stick to buying tickets over the phone in future.

Just been online to get some tickets only to find that my entire Friends & Family details have been wiped, presumably, during the "upgrade" to the site. Anyone else found this?

The site took my ticket transaction twice (£112). Had to email a snip of the bank statement. Shocking!

15 days later and no refund still. Esculated to customer services who were very good and got back to me within a couple of hours. Refund expected in 3-5 days. 20 days after the double payment was taken though.

well it's still not working properly. it wouldn't take me to the checkout, just froze. had to log out and in again and after a refresh or three i could finally pay for my tickets. then it awarded me 20 royalty points, but when i checked the royalty points later it was as it should have been - just the 10. hopefully this time we will both get in and one of us wont be denied entry.

I can't add any of my friends or family, it doesn't recognise any of them. Anyone else had this problem?

Perhaps it's the same member numbers which wouldnt work for the Play off final.

I'm trying to make a home match with my old man for the first time this season. Why won't it let me add him to my account? It says his details are wrong; they're not.

More to the point, what was wrong with the old system that had worked reliably for 6 years?
