floyd__streete Listening to 5 Live commentary of the Carling Cup tie from Stamford Bridge tonight, they mentioned that Chelsea were 7000 below capacity for the Champions League last week. Guess thats why they'll never be one of England's big clubs.

corrected for you m8

Oh look Floydy is here to help RL and Schards out. Nice to see the tightly knitted clique still functioning.

The reason - Supporters voting with their wallets I'm afraid due to the massive hike in CL ticket prices.

Well I'm certainly not part of the Schards / RL clique and I think you're throwing stones from your glass house.

15k against a club that's bottom of the division and that's not going to bring much more than 500 fans, when we've just lost 5 games in a row, is not a bad attendence. It's still about 4000 more than our lowest attendence in 2004/5 and 1000 more than our average attendence that year. Doesn't look like our fans are leaving in droves does it.

Not selling out a Champions League game on the other hand = LOL @ small time Chelsea.

I know that you'll see the irony in yourself pointing out others who are quick to endorse the postings of their m8s

Sorry is the reading age beyond you?

And that's a fairly short response for me.

Around 3,000 less than ours.... Still, hard to expect a team who've been mediocre for so long to do much better, especially facing a possible relegation season.

13th in the attendence table pre-weekend btw. And Coventry certainly won't be overtaking us with that attendence.

Good to see Reading being a big pull for the Coventry crowd.

Bit harsh given you've had at least 3 seasons worth out of this.

...err, no.

How else beyond replying could someone express how unimportant something is?

Smoke signals? Telepathy, perhaps?

Of course, if you reply to this, it clearly means I've riled you immensely, and you are hugely wound up about it (using your logic)

And if you don't reply then it shows you've skulked off like a shamed retard, who's just for one second caught a glimpse of his own stupidity.

So, riled or retard? Your call.

You know someone's riled when they use the :| . It's the internet equivalent of a boxer shaking his head after he's been hit really hard.

Decent considering the recent dross.

BCFC forum said there was only 10000 in attendances too. Poor show for what was a winnable and localish game for City.
