DelBoyRodders LOL @ all those who will spend their Bank Holiday queuing at the stadium tomorrow and then spend what's left of their day on here moaning about what a shambles the ticket office is etc.

I'd rather that mate and get it sorted out right there. I'm a little old fashioned like that.

Spend 2 minutes doing it online (ticket put on your season ticket card) OR spend all day queuing at the stadium (ticket still put on your season ticket card)

Either way you won't know if its been activated until you turn up at the game.

Your choice I suppose, but I have better things to do tomorrow.

I'm working nights tonight. I cannot use the internet to book online. I finish at 6 tomorrow morning. Get to the Mad at 8.30. Get tickets sorted. Then sleep and back to work that night. The bank holiday is fooked for me anyway.

I can't get the online ticketing to accept my card. I've tried 3 different ones and it just keeps saying they've been refused. Might have to phone up tomorrow and hope the queue on the phone isn't too long.

Don't panic. The south stand is still very empty and the north east and west corners look good going into tomorrow morning.

Archie's penalty
The Cube Turf Moor to Manchester Road by 9.28? You're going to need to run.

The game finishes at about 19.15. So he has two hours...

Ah yes. Very good point. In that case you could crawl.

Same problem here. "Your credit card has been refused." Well, it's not a credit card for a start..... Used to be you couldn't log in after 11pm, I reckon that now they just don't accept payment and that it will be OK Tuesday morning.

Can't see a massive uptake for this one. Don't even think Burnley will sell out!

For those that can't figure out how to purchase their Season Ticket seat (and to be fair that's understandable as its hardly well sign-posted - how much would it cost to have a link in the home tickets section to the Pre Reserved bit I wonder?)

From the OS home page

Click on the Ticket tab at the top
Click Online Ticketing
Click Pre Reserved Tickets from the page that appears (about half way down on the right)
Enter your login details

I'm officially bored of this message:

Due to the high volume of activity, we are currently unable to connect you.

The real-time ticketing system is currently operating at its full capacity of simultaneous customers. A limit is placed on the number of people simultaneously within the ordering system to ensure a smooth operation at peak periods. You will therefore need to retry a few times until a spare slot becomes free as other people finish the ordering process.

These extremely busy periods normally occur in the first few hours of a new game going on sale, so alternatively try again a little later when the initial rush will have died down.

Was getting this all last night, and now this morning.

Please note in particular the following points:
- Play-offs are not covered by any Season Tickets, so all supporters are required to purchase a match ticket.

- Whilst additional staff will be called in to man the Ticket Office, please note we are expecting to be very busy during the peak hours of 10am-3pm. With our extended opening hours, we advise supporters to call later on in the day.

- Season Ticket holders who buy their own seats will have their access cards re-activated. Member Card purchasers will have their tickets loaded onto their membership cards. Season Ticket holders sitting in other locations will be issued a barcoded ticket.

- For the home leg, away supporters will be seated in blocks R27-29 only. R30-32 will be home supporters.

- Tickets will be available only to existing Member Card Holders and no new memberships will be accepted.

- Please note that when using the term season tickets holders, we are referring to 2007/8 season ticket holders.
