Kitsondinho Got mine......700 odd Royalty points came in handy.....

Why? In a few days you'll be able to get tickets with no points at all.

Buying tickets is already pointless, so no change there.

URZZZZZZZZ (away games hardly get rewarded by the way, which is irritating).

Away tickets generate the club no money.

Now I have around 350 loyalty points.

My mate rarely makes games because of work and other commitments. He has about 350 points. Just bought our seats for the Liverpool game today, so you're in!

I'm a better fan than some "fans" with more loyalty points than me.

Did you sit an exam?

Not sure about that. I seem to remember that the RFC ticket office do get a small cut.

I've said it before - Royalty points should expire once they are, say, two or three seasons old. Points earned five years ago should not get you priority over someone who is currently attending matches and thus financially contributing to the club.

Get rid of historic points, and better reward 'away' supporters, and you'll have a loyalty system that works.

Can't believe how easy it was to get mine. A sign of how we've fallen. Tickets £20 max for Liverpool in the cup and we barely look on course to sell out.

Number of reasons though against it whilst the price is good:

1. Right after the Xmas/New Year break so people may well have spent their cash.
2. It's live on terrestial TV on a Saturday evening
3. Our home form has been so bad most expect a defeat.
4. A home tie v Liverpool isn't the draw it would have been if we hadn't played them on a equal footing (and beat them) two seasons ago.

Bit of a contrdiction there, away fans dont contribute finacially to the club. If you want to reward those that contribute money to the club away fans should be totally disregarded, not that they should be.

Ive yet to see a loyalty system that 'works', just some that are the least unfair. The current system is about as good as you're likely to get. In fact, my only gripe is that fans that sat through the tripe served up in the early 00s are disregarded, but you cant possibly be fair to everyone.

I had 5 years of loyalty following England wiped out in an instant when they disbanded the members club in favour of merchandise buying plastics. You could have that instead.

Went up to the ground to buy two tickets yesterday, one for me and one for my brother. We're both in the 101 loyalty points bracket y'see.
Geezer in front of me bought some tickets for the Liverpool and Swansea games, then issued him with a membership card. Didn't think anything of this until after I bought mine and was putting my receipts in my wallet, when the guy behind me asked for three tickets to the Liverpool game. He wasn't a member, but was still in the office when I was back in my car, after the phonecall to my brother to inform him of that I'd got us tickets and as I was pulling away. Surely the ticket office aren't selling tickets to those without loyalty points before the general sale date are they??!!
Or am I being unduly suspicious?

I haven't got mine yet as I'm not sure i want to be surrounded by scousers in the north stand! I sit in B13 and there are quite a few empty seats for the berkshire scousers to take up.
