Nobby SCP was it you that tried a rally a few fans to the South West corner against Sheff U a while ago?

The stewards were intent on being idiots that day.

I was there that day. Got chucked out!

if we had one that day the whole aftermath would have been completely different.

Agreed. As it turned out, the game that was chosen became one of the most frustrating out of the whole season. We didn't play too badly, but managed to lose yet another game at home, and to a team that historically we beat! For the fans that were there it was an incredibly frustrating day both on the pitch and in the stands.

Nevertheless, it was a great thing that you made the effort. Maybe it could happen again some time. I don't know how many seats are up there but if that block was full with fans singing it could be really noisy.

Mind you it would probably put the wind up the people in that posh bar below. Maybe that's why the stewards were so obnoxious. The club want an atmosphere but not too close. Perhaps upper west is no place for decent support.

What alot of hob nob didn't understand was that we grouped together in GU1 not because we thought it was the best place in the ground to have loud fans but because it was the only area which was predominately empty and therefore we would be able to see exactly how many fans wanted to be involved. Any momentum that we gained has been lost now not that it matters at all anyway. At least Brendy enjoyed it...

You can go back to the south east corner now. That's predominantly empty these days.
