13,500 renewed already. Impressive. Well done all. :D

Out of interest, what is the current record season for ST holders in the Football League? Are they including the half season tickets taken in 2005/06?

I wimped out and moved my seats (about 3 hours after booking them!)

Now in Y25, row JJ, seats 217 and 218 - very back row of Y25, but at least I won't have to worry about asking someone to shift one seat up.

Just bought an extra seat for my 6 year old, unfortunately it isn't with the group of 5 of us that already go, but it's only a couple of rows away. I'm sure the people there won't mind looking after him....

Where is it you are sat?

The main thing is securing a seat I think. I'm just glad I've got my seats in the block I wanted. Not been this excited about a season for ages ... that's nowt to do with the club doing anything, although it is positive.

I love having a season ticket, can't wait for the away games either now.

At the back of Y21. In all seriousness I'll sit in his seat and he can mine next to my wife. Win win for me, I don't have to sit next to my wife and she gets to look after him!! (if she's reading this I'm only joking....) He is very good at the match though, he told us to be quiet last season when we were talking during the game. He takes it very seriously.

Yea exactly, not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

With a lot of hobnobbers to your left. I'm 217, 218 and 219 but half way up.

I didn't get that bit in the club blurb about the figure sold being the second best ever for us in the football league.

Does that mean as of today compared to other years, does it include the Premier League figure, wtf?

If it doesn't, it's less than one year when we were in the championship, presumably as of today's date, which wouldn't be much of an evolution, more a regression.

The Football League is a separate entity to the Premier League. In the PL we sold all 18k every season.

So the current uptake is less than a previous year when we were in the championship if I'm reading it correctly. That's not quite the w*ankfest it's being portrayed as is it?

It's also selective use of stats, presented in a misleading way - it must be the second best ever for us in the football league at this stage of the sales process.

Because in a couple of seasons in the FL, when we looked like we'd go up, sales of STs and half STs later in the season pushed the total number of ST sales far past this figure.

Put simplisticly, it's currently the 5th most amount of STs the club has sold in it's history

Are you sure - think the only season half STs went mad were 05/06, so it may be that is the one exception. I don't remember as many STs as 13500 any other season.

Agreed, that's how I remember it as well.

My Dad refused to move our seats... again.
So looks like I have to sit with the women and children for another season.

Haha!

How old are you? Why don't you dump your dad if he won't move, and move yourself!

I'm 20. Sit with my Dad, and sister (who's 24).
Don't particularly want to sit by myself, but I've told him that I'm moving to the East Stand for 2014/15 whether he's coming or not.

It was reasonable to sit in the family stand when we first got STs (about 12 years ago). I've no idea why we're still there though.

Sounds like you need to grow a pair and man up. You're 20, tell your Dad to shove his ticket, you're moving.

I thought you were 12 the way you posted that message originally.
