Never had this problem with Simod Cup tickets. We took the next door neighbour with us and he wasn't even a football fan !

Mate, we didn't even have this problem with the play off final....

I think the main issue here is the FA/Wembley not giving each club 45,000 tickets each - i mean why should 20,000 "neutrals" get priority over even someone who's a part time fan of either club.

At the end of the day, we (Reading) are lucky - imagine if you're an Arsenal fan.....no hope of getting a ticket unless you go to every game home and away.

I guess reason is because about 17,000 of them have already bought tickets (Club Wembley). If it was being held at Villa Park or Hilsborough then we'd have a lot less anyway, so there is a silver lining.

I agree with the sentiment though.

Ultimately the result doesn't matter, people are just going for the day out. This is why the demand will be more than for a playoff final where so much was at stake, and our poor record, people weren't prepared to go to watch us lose again

Barcelona - club Wembley tickets start from £600 for the membership so you could look at that. Would cover the final as well. And you could stay over for the other semi final and get guaranteed tickets

I never understood why they didn't make Wembley a 120,000 capacity or thereabouts. There is always too much demand for tickets.

Wasn't it due to infrastructure it was capped at 90,000?

I will not flip the cards as they have all my customer numbers of the front, which can easily be taken. I take it you are not a season ticket holder yourself? If you were a season, you would know that Reading have changed the design of their season tickets each year of renewal. However last season and this season the design has been keep the same (money difficulties?) That should be proof enough for you that I am not a tout or Arsenal supporter.

Haha quality :D

No idea how many games Fabregas played for Arsenal. You seem to know the facts about Arsenal by the sounds of it, how many appearances did he make?

ST+1 would of made my life easier as my wife and 8 year old are Arsenal fans. Me and my 10 year old ( and the Arsenal fan 8 year old) are ST holders so we could of had a nice family day out. I am not taking them both on my own so now they are staying at home and watching it from "Their end", ie the sofa with a pizza.
Win Win for me. Would of been a nice day out for all of us but now I can have more of a boozy day. My 10 year old can bring me home. :)

By the way, just LOLZ at all this fuss. Where have all these bloody fans come from. We have sold 700 tickets for tomorrow for what I think is a quality away day!!
