Orange and green doesn't clash.

The royal blue and green clashes more imho.

Dirk Gently
Royal Rother I can't believe how seriously some people take the kit. I don't give a toss, never have done. It looks fine to me. Getting wound up over a gold trim is so twee.

Still, it takes all sorts.

Have to say I agree. If you don't like it, don't buy it!

I do agree, but this is the kit our team is wearing this season. It represents the club as it's our uniform.

I'm not overlly fussed and I never buy a kit anyway, but I do think that looking and feeling good gives you an edge on the pitch. I remember all the positive comments from the platers when we went from the Hat Painting TV kit back to proper hoops on a well fitting and non-gimmicky kit.

After taking the kits in a bit i have to say I'm going off the home kit. The front is fine but Puma make such naff kits that are just too busy for their own good. They look cheap and tacky, very much a Coca-Cola League kit as opposed to a Premiership kit. They just try to hard and end up looking too complicated.

I'm coming round to the away kit though. Although I don't see it as looking like a Reading kit, it is quite plain and simple and looks professional and comfy. The exact opposite of the home shirt if you like.

When we're watching the team from the stands I really don't think anyone will care about Waitrose being on the shirt. Seriously, let it go.

IMO green and orange would look awful and would be really hard to read against each other. Green and blue looks fine to me.

I'm sure you could have put that on a relevant forum - like Cosmopolitan or similar.
Or even just stuck it on the existing kit discussion thread...

Thumbs up from me, smart looking home kit, and the orange isn't too bad for away. And I quite like the gold trim.

Well there was no existing kit thread on the front page.

There are 25 pages of discussion on the new kit ! It's in the Policies section, which is where stuff like that is normally found as it's not about the team.

Anyone fancy a discussion about whether Coppell is any good in the transfer market...

Look at how it matches with Kitson's head!

shouldn't have gone for the blue with the orange - too much like Luton Town. All orange or orange and white/black would have been better.

I liked it but a few of the Diddy fans were calling us Jaffa cakes, You've been tango'd. Some also said we were going to get the mickey taken out of us in a few away games.

I liked it though but prefer the home kit

I didn't like it at first, but it grows on you. With the blue shorts it looks a bit like the Spanish national kit, which can only be a good thing.

Orange and white. I'd stick to your ghey but informed diet plans Harold.

You can't pair orange with much without looking like a Sunday league team. I think we just about avoid it, mainly because of the size of Murty's calves.
