Wouldn't that leave wearing the away kit against Preston and Derby?

Not worth bothering. although I doubt you were serious.

I don't know why we bother with an away kit.

Reading can make the home team change into their away kit if they want.

they should have gone for a more fitted kit IMO. The sleeves etc are far too baggy.

Saw the old away shirt for only £15 in JJB today, I'd buy a coupla those ahead of the Sainsbury Staff c.2002 away strip we have now

White shorts would have worked better IMO.

I still prefer the blue shorts because it reminds me of the Spanish side.

Agreed in that scenario. Shame they're still at the factory. With the orange ones.

was at the club getting my villa tickets today so thought i would pop in the shop and have a look at the kits.
the badge is much better produced this year looks like it has depth to it(almost 3d,you have to see it to know what i mean here)
the waitrose on the home shirt is actually part of the shirt it's not stuck on, the away shirt is though.
and finaly while im not itching to get a new shirt i thought i would ask when they would be available.......away shirt available mid august, home shirt not till the end of august. why are we the only club who can't get a poxy shirt out before the season starts?

Well at least we're consistent. We also seem to be a club who struggle to sign any new players before the window shuts!

I absolutely detest the design of the new home shirt. The solid white back with blue bumbag at the bottom is worse than any dogs dinner!

It really pees me off to see QPR retain the hoops whilst we opt for a blue bar code - presumably in deference to our new sponsors!

I doubt the fans from West London will even bother to tell us we're not fit to wear the hoops this season, given we have none on either kit.

As for the b*llocks about the gold trim being in celebration of 10 years at the Mad Stad - yet another clumsy porkie from the club, which was quickly exposed by Colchester also adopting the same Puma design template!

have to say this is a joke, it's obvious puma put the gold there on initial designs, and some bright spark chirped up with the line about the stadium and thus a lie is born!

Shabby fit the new kit. Look at the size of those sleeves. The players are slow enough without the wind resistence they will cause.

Possible, but Colchester also celebrate a move to a new stadium for this season so they too have a 'reason' for the gold.

Best home kit we've had since the 70's in my opinion - each to their own.
