Royal Lady Wouldn't be at all surprised. But my complaints were emailed in so they've just pressed the delete button!

Harpers So Solid Crew Perhaps they read the E-Mail. Well done on actually taking the time to tell them your views.
Can you now get balloons and torn up paper back.
H&S my arse, those pies are as dangerous, only time I ever slipped was on an old chip.

Oh well, at least I did something about my gripes - the ambulance, the guy who dispenses the lager choosing to stand in the entrance of the ladies loos - blah blah. If they choose to ignore me, that's up to them, but I don't just moan on here.

Royal Lady Not so much "complaints" as observations as to what could be done better

Royal Lady I also saw someone with a bottle of coke with the lid on on Saturday. Either they managed to smuggle it in, or someone behind the kiosks doesn't know you have to remove the lid. I bought a little bottle of water and the bloke fair apologised for having to remove the lid, bless him.

3 veesinarow Tbh, tbf to the OP, I've been moaning about the ambulance there for what seems like years now - I cannot believe the ground safety officer, risk assessor, whatever either looked at it beforehand and thought it was a good thing parking it directly in front of an exit used by thousands of people all at the same time or that no-one since has looked at it at the end of every match and thought "ooh, I dunno, that's a bit of a bottleneck with that sitting there".
Either way, it's just plain dumb.
