Royal Lady If they know the rough uptake on certain services, can't they just hire smaller buses (or minibuses or something) which would be cheaper?

RoyalBlue there are and have been times when STAR need to grow some male genitalia.
STAR Campaigns STAR reps have just got back from one of our meetings with the Club's Senior Management Board, where this was one of the subjects discussed.

is absolutely nailed on.On occasions the club do need a strong reminder that without fans there is no club (or business in their terms) and that they would be well advised to take note of and act on some of the concerns/views of fans.

A good point from WCH, I'm not sure how much STAR subside coaches, but if local trips to QPR are £10 then Horseman might be able to do something.
