Zammo ^ LOL at being first in the queue, and then watching the game through the goal net.

TBF - they are going for the £63 tickets which are on the side of the pitch. Would still be funny if they're in the front row though.

Have sat in the front row of the upper tier for NFL games - great seats, but you have to be ok with heights (or rather a sheer drop 30cms in front of you).

I got front row upper tier seats for the P/O semi v Swansea; I was genuinely concerned about celebrating too much when our 2nd went in and falling over the edge!

Whatever you get you really do not not want to be the first 5/6 rows at the front . Constant streams of stewards wandering aimlessly up and spoiling the view of the match (This was a Conference Final). Total cnuts who did this for no apparent reason. Maybe they were just too thick to realise they were ruining the view of the game. Maybe it will be different for this game. I would hope so. Rather be right at the back with a bird's eye view.

Find it a bit odd in this day and age the club prefer to encourage a massive queue of people that need to be managed vs simple online transaction.

Surely the online sales take care of that concern. You can do either.....

Buying online, you can't choose your row just your block. You can't choose your row, as I understand it, at the ticket office either but I'm guessing I'd be in a better position to decline paying £63 for my tickets if I find out out they're in the very first row at pitch level. Buying online you're going to have to wait a week to find out where your seats are.

Most people really aren't going to worry about the small number of seats in the front row. I can't see 12,000 queueing tomorrow, but I bet the website gets a hammering....

As per my post in the Classifieds section... I am looking for 2 tickets to the Wembley game for me and the old man.

Neither of us have the loyalty points, Where as I 100% back the way the tickets are being distributed I would still like to take the old man to wembley. He used to cycle from Didcot as a lad to go watch Reading play back before Didcot was in Berkshire.

I can provide evidence of past game receipts and answer questions about how bad the feking toilets stank at Elm Park :)

If anyone has 2 spare tickets going (would take 3 off someone's hands and take my step son with if there are 3 going) I would love to buy them off you.

Cheers

Nick,

OK. We disagree. Given that the club have said that "Before sales begin, we will split each block in two: half of those tickets will be sold in person, the remainder will be allocated to phone / internet sales." I don't want to take the chance of paying £63 for a ticket that's in the first few rows and not finding out for a week (not that I'd be able to do anything about it however soon I find out). I guess it depends on their idea of half too (vertically or horizontally).

I can't see a massive queue at the ticket office either but I know which option I'll be taking even though it's a pain in the arse.

+1 for buying in person.

I want to be in the lower tier behind the goal somewhere, however with the club having split the tickets it would appear that the online sales will be for the front half of these blocks only, which at Wembley is a proper risk given how shallow the stand is. Also, it's not like you can pick and choose online, rejecting crap seats and trying again later, you just have to pick a block and hope whatever tickets turn up are OK.

Luckily one member of our group is off work so he's gonna pop down to the ground in the morning, at least that way we can be certain of having a decent view for our £53 each.

If I get a concessions ticket, but later need to upgrade to an adult ticket, will that be easy to do?

I hope not.

With* all due respect, whilst clearly open to abuse the whole distribution model is designed to put tickets in the hands of those who 'deserve' them. Your concession has 'earned' that ticket, not the gooner who's going to upgrade it

Which this statement on the OS clearly seems to do:
Update: If you buy in person, you will have the best access to seats. It is not possible to pick a specific seat or row, just a specific block. But in person, you may have access to more information to make a better-informed decision. For example, if one block has proven exceptionally popular, a seller can give you that information, which won't be available on the online ticketing site or phoneline.

Since when did Club Policies become a JustGiving page?

"I've got a 3rd nipple growing from my forehead........ so I'd really appreciate if a STH could miss out & give me their number then I can go to Wembley with my Arsenal supporting mates"

Fcuk off

I hope they've bought a few more servers for the online sales - it's pathetically slow and liable to keel over at the best of times, never mind when 10000 people try to access it first thing tomorrow.

I reckon any more than 10 sessions at time croaks it.

Drummer is in block 106, so the best seats will probably be blocks 117 upwards.

Why are people queuing? :|

Even by the end of the day we won't have sold more than 12,000 tickets (worse case)

Still at least all the front row tickets will have gone
