Ah, Jonny Fordham from the EP on Friday was in the know and commented on Twitter that there would be more than the 2,800 tickets available.

Typical paper talk or Twit Talk as it turns out.

I would imagine that RFC naively thought that Citeh would give us more tickets if we asked, not knowing that they'd already started to sell the seats next to our allocation. Fordham was prolly just reporting this.

To be fair it was actually the morons at RFC who stated that when they responded to his request on Twitter. Check it out and see. Likewise, Craig Mortimer recorded by BBCRB on Saturday evening stating that they would go back to City to ask for more - despite the fact they already knew what the answer was.

I'm slightly annoyed by the incompetence of the club, but I fully accept I don't deserve a ticket to matches like this anymore. Haven't had a ST since the last season at Elm Park. Lol.

Nope but I've got 3 tickets for the match...so I'm just gloating... and think this hysteria is quite amusing... so glad I won't need to be awake at midnight...

If there is any justice in the world, after a comment like that your transport will break down on the way to City and you won't get to see the game at all.

Likewise, I trust that the clowns responsible at RFC will not be taking up valuable tickets. No doubt they will be sleeping easy in their beds tonight whilst loads of loyal fans reap the reward of fighting to get on through on the internet in the hope that they might secure one of the few tickets remaining.
