Ian Royal Two part poll.

What is more important to you?
Reading the names and numbers on the back of the shirt, or hoops all the way round?
1) Names & Numbers
2) Hoops

Would you be happy with a compromise of a base template of Hoops all the way round with a plain section overlaid across the shoulders and centre of the back for the names and numbers?
1) Yes
2) No

You don't need the panel though... ( i think the panel looks bad tbh)

This issue with the hoops is the colour of the font clashing with the colour of our shirts making it hard to read, do Puma only offer black or something?

We used to have Red on the back, why did that change?

I saw some of the QPR game the other day, could barely read the numbers and couldn't read the names at all. Although admittedly I am a bit colour blind.

Has this just died a death or are STAR/others going to represent the vast majority?
As for me, I could donate some time before a particular home game.

If next season we have complete hoops, including hooped sleeves AND more importantly red numbers and letters; I will consider the kit a success regardless of what the shorts and socks are like.

I believe the last time we were even near to what most are describing is 2001/03:

Unfortunately, QPR have the kit all right IMO

I have only had a small email exchange with STAR.

I was thinking of doing something for WHU as the numbers will be a lot greater - then hopefully roll it out to one of the later home games - [therefore WHU would act as a useful trial].

Any help would be well received, Rouge - I'll hopefully coordinate something and see who on HNA is willing to give up some time [would the promise of beers be persuasive?]

If the home game is Forest or Palace we will have finished with the player of the season vote so could probably get more help for you.

Rev Algenon Stickleback H
No Fixed Abode Why would anyone over the age of about 15 worry what a football shirt looks like?

Dunno. You tell me.

No Fixed Abode Something like this - classic and simple.

That shirt but with the sponsor on the next white hoop down would be absolutely perfect. I asked my ten year old nephew what he thought of it and his answer was a very enthusiastic "BEAUTIFUL!!"

White writing on the blue hoop above would be better

Well I've made a massive faux pas - I'm in Slovenia for those two games - I may have someone else who is willing to front it.

Will be scheduling a meeting with Puma in the next few weeks. I've heard the collar is going to V neck on the home shirt for next season. One half of the collar being blue, one half white. I'll give more details as soon as I know.

A long summer ahead of NFA mentioning every possible configuration for the new home shirt and then claiming he told us first.

The design of the shirt was in place some months ago. If you don't already know for a fact what it looks like then you might as well give up now and save yourself further embarrassment.

Brilliant work on the blue and white though.
