I do have my tickets but watching this for tips as none of my mates can get theirs.. Not finding it funny at all - The whole thing is disgusting TBH

Having been in the waiting room and every time i select book tickets it comes up with the main concert tickets page and the Reading tickets are not an option. Anyone help?

Clear the cache, use a different browser - you know, the recommendations littered through-out this thread...

If it helps any, Chrome seemed to work far better on their site.

But for me, IE 6 worked better...

TicketZone is based in North Devon so the older version of IE probably interfaces better with the Baked Bean cans and bits of string!

High speed is when they run the signal through the electric cattle fences!

I presume the only people who have tickets are those who went up to the ground to get them.

As soon as anyone gets theirs in the post, please confirm on here. We're at work all day, so won't be in when they're delivered anyway, so will then have to take time off the next day so I can go and collect them from sorting office.

The queues for the T/O looked impressive enough. Lol at one of the ticket office staff saying they'd sold out just as he opened the main doors. Not really funny but hell -

TBF, when people are getting stressed out with TicketZone, the last thing they want to be doing is trawling through 40 pages on a thread. It doesn't really hurt for the question to be asked more than once and for us to answer it more than once.

So here goes again.

If you are having problems with TicketZone, try using a different browser and clear your history/cache each time you get kicked out.

That doesn't seem to have worked, using Google Chrome btw. I'm tempted to give up now, too much hassle, especially given the problems others have had. Interesting that others are concerned about getting the tickets delivered, I was already a bit concerned about whether we'd get the tickets on time anyway. Our postal service isn't the most reliable.

Don't know if anyone else has posted this without trawling through 42 pages but my Father in Law got tickets this morning
from the stadium and when he got home I noticed that it says Reading v Cardiff on it. All the other info is correct.
I am amazed that the club can make such a fundamental c#ck up.

Anyone else have tickets for a game that won't happen ?

You collect them from Suttons seeds ind est, and they open very early. IIRC 7am.

Tickets were simply printed beforehand. It is not a club issue. How else do you think the tickets got to us so soon.
