Coventry tickets

by riverroyal » 13 Apr 2011 12:56

We have been given just over 1,000 tickets for Coventry but can have more . . .

I just hope we dont get another Man City chaso scenario, i can see it now . . . Reading saying we only need 1,000 as we only took 400 to Scunthorpe!!!

I think you will find this different as I believe the Man City tickets were straight sale not sale or return and I don't think the club would want to take the risk. I think the Coventry one will be different particularly as they have set the Royalty points level at only 1300

Plus Coventry won't sell the areas around the away allocation.

The away section at Coventry is massive and they only sell their own tickets as far round as the scoreboard so if required Reading will ask for more.

Play off place to play for, possible automatic promotion to play for, last away game of the season, inflatables !!

No question about it....we will ask for, and get. more tickets. Wouldn't be surprised if this turned out to be our biggest away LEAGUE following for quite a few years.

A few folks I know DIDN'T go to Leicester in 2006, thinking that auto promotion wouldn't happen that day. Don't think they'll take the gamble again !

I'd like to, but I think I'll save my Royalty points for the play off games.

I'm in, but 100 royalty points short of the initial allocation so will have to wait...

Possibly IN for this, depends if can be arsed to drive.

We'll have lost to Leeds and Leicester by then though so prolly not that big an away following.

I got the train there last time and it was a thoroughly depressing experience and pretty rubbish away day.

Don't think any of Arafat are going so I wouldn't be able to get unfeasibly drunk by 2pm anyway
