Saints away

by Royals-lad14 » 08 Mar 2012 19:02

Think this game will definitely be our biggest away crowd of the season, and possibly biggest game of the season depending on other results. Reckon we will bring a lot down, does anyone know when the tickets will be on sale and how much the tickets are gonna cost? will be a lot cheaper than west sham

It's on a Friday and on TV, I'm not sure we'll even sell out.

Ticket will be £27 adults, £22 concessions, assuming we get the advanced discount the home supporters get.

Prices taken from Barnsley's website who play at SMD before us

Adult : £27
OAP : £22
Student : £22
Young adult £22
Under 17 : £14
U11 : £5 (if accompanied by a full paying adult)

also taken a peep at Derby for their trip to the Amex

Adult : £24
Senior Citizen : £17
Under 18 : £12
Under 10 : £6

so for "my" party of 1 adult, 1 16 year old and 1 11 year old the following

West Ham : £81
Brighton : £48
Soton : £55

Guess which one gets knocked on the head, robbing cockey gits

Hope it's not too big a demand for this - not totally sure where I stand Royalty points wise atm in relation to others (previous season ticket holders for a few years, current season ticket holder, but had two or three years of not being able to go much). I live just round the corner from St Mary's Stadium so it will be easiest away game ever, and a change from travelling to home games, so really want to go.

Its a real pain on a Friday. Doubt we will sell out with it being on TV. Remember 06 was a midweek trip total nightmare getting down there in rush hour traffic through Basingstoke. And crap parking. A bit plastic but may see how the table looks when that game comes.

Away attendance has been bad this season that all matches have gone to general sale. You will have no worries getting a ticket.

Had no problem with West Ham, hopefully be the same for Saints. I'm in the 1000+ bracket so can buy on Wednesday - just hope my mate in the next bracket up (another Southampton-based Royal) is happy to wait an extra day to get his so we can sit together.

I only have 700 points, my friend who comes to a fair few matches but isn't an RFC supporter, he's only got about 100 ish.

Will have to wait till they go to general sale!

Fingers crossed
