Now sold out.

Brilliant end to the season with packed houses.

Might be a sell out, but probably won't be full though. My daughter is putting her foot down that my grandson won't be going as it's a school night.

It's wrong to let school get in the way of a child's education.

I might try sneaking him out of his bed room window when she's distracted.

If you mean - why, does he go to bed at 7pm then? Then the answer is, yes on school nights.

If you mean - why does he go to bed at 7pm then? Then the answer is, that is the time my daughter says he has to go to bed on school nights.

Child goes to bed before 10pm shocker. Just imagine. He might even have to eat some vegetables and wash his face in the future.

There again - sneak him out. Much more important than school.

If it helps with your efforts, I am taking my 7 year old, who has a strict 8pm bed-time. The current situation with possible promotion on Tuesday night means that not only does he want to be there, but I want him to be there, he was too young (4months) last time it happened, and these things don't come around every year.

Sometimes life has to come first in these things, and when they normally sleep for 12 hours at a time (lucky sods) they catch up any 'tiredness' pretty quickly.

Tell her to deal with it.

Why don't the kids have a nap when they get back from school before going to the game?

It's only 214 miles from my place in Manchester city centre to my parents house in Basingstoke.

It takes 1hr 30 mins to get to the M6 Toll at the speed limit from my house. Then it's only another 130 miles from there along the M42, M40, A34, A303 & M3. So at 85 MPH most the journey, the ETA on the sat nav goes down pretty quickly.

M6 Toll, M40 & A34 are pretty much race tracks. Plus everyone seems to get out of your way if you're in an Audi A4..

Daughter's seen the light and Grandson will be there in his normal place. I knew I brought her up to be a Royal.
